  • After 10 minutes, if the product has already been prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

  • You were charged but the order was not received
  • You received the wrong item or your order was incomplete
  • There was a payment failure or double payment

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer change of mind
  • Orders cancelled after preparation begins
