Delivery Timings

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 hours from confirmation.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Place your order before 4:00 PM for guaranteed same-day delivery.
  • Advance Orders: You can also schedule your delivery for a preferred date and time at checkout.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal delivery fee applies for orders below ₹499.
  • Additional charges may apply for urgent deliveries or locations outside standard zones.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an SMS / WhatsApp / Email confirmation with your order details.

Packaging & Quality

All products are carefully packed in tamper-proof, food-safe packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transit. We ensure your cakes and desserts reach you in perfect condition.

Delivery Policy

  • If you’re unavailable at the delivery address, our team will attempt to contact you for redelivery or pickup.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, please inform us within 4 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before delivery.
  • Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
